Prototyping is the area where Franklin Fastener truly distinguishes itself. Since we are not strictly a prototype shop, our engineers work with yours to provide a working part on the very first try. Utilizing specialized software, we are able to speed up the development process and deliver a functioning part that can be mass-produced.

Franklin Fastener has the capability to produce low volume and short run production prototypes. Working side-by-side with your engineers, we utilize AutoCAD to create prototypes that can be rapidly produced to meet your deadlines. Low volume and short run production is achieved through the use of our in house universal tooling. Most parts of this type can be produced with minimal to no tooling costs, saving you time and money.
